The Visitation Ministry exists to encourage the home-bound members of our body that God loves & cares for them, and so does their church family.

Our goal is to visit those home-bound to share in the Lord’s Supper with them, pray for their needs and keep the pastoral staff aware of their situation.

Visits will occur once a month on Sundays when communion is offered during morning services – usually on the last Sunday of the month. Requests for visits can be made by the person desiring a visit, by a family member, or by a friend who has been given permission to do so.

Requests are to be made by completing the Communion Visitation request form.

Once a request has been made, someone will call to verify the request and approximate time to expect the visit. Visiting team members will wear masks at all times during the visit. Regrettably, teams will not be making visits to persons suffering from Covid or other communicable diseases.

At this time the visiting teams will only come to homes, not nursing homes or hospitals, and are able to travel no more than 15 miles from the church.
All information on the request form will be kept confidential and only shared with team members and pastoral staff.
