We’re looking for someone to help lead the way in creating a fun, safe, and loving space for kids during the week—and it might be you!
We’re hiring a Part-Time Childcare Coordinator here at Vineyard Northwest. This role helps oversee our childcare ministry during weekday events, classes, and staff daycare. You’d help lead a great team, care for kids, and bring joy and structure to a space where little ones can feel loved, have fun, and even begin to learn about God.
You’ll also be the lead teacher during our Tuesday and Thursday staff daycare shifts—helping set the tone for what childcare looks like in our church family.
You don’t need to be a teacher or have tons of experience—just someone who’s organized, nurturing, and has a heart for kids. If you’re sitting there thinking, “I would love to do that,” we want to hear from you!

If you are 14 years or older, enjoy spending time with children and love our church environment, this is a beautiful opportunity for you! We offer flexible schedules, competitive hourly wages, and all of the goldfish that your heart could desire! Responsibilities include caring for, playing with, and leading bible lessons, worship, and activities with kids ages 6 weeks to 7 years. It’s a wonderful and fun opportunity to partner with the church’s vision for disciple-making in the lives of our littlest members.
Shifts are Tuesday/Thursday day (8:30-2:30) or weekday evenings from about 5:30-9:00 pm.
