Meet The Instructors

JENN UTECH

Jenn is an encourager and a “cheerleader for change”. She’s fascinated by ideas and has a desire to continually improve. She loves to read and learn new things and then incorporate what she learns into her work with others. Jenn says, “I believe all of us have something incredible to offer this world.” She worked in corporate America for 25 years and is now a Licensed Professional Counselor.

DENISE ANDERSON

Denise is a lifelong learner currently pursuing her degree in Communication and Organizational Leadership and is also a graduate of KYLO University. She’s passionate about interpersonal communication and its power to impact our relationships with God, ourselves and others. She’s on a mission to partner with God in bringing Heaven to earth and building communities strong in Kingdom culture through powerful, respectful and compassionate communication.

LAURIE COCHRANE

Laurie is a lifelong learner herself who reads and studies broadly. In her ministry, she is passionate about helping people learn how to build connections with each another in healthy and life-giving ways and grow in their relationship with God. She and her husband Van, married 50 years, have four grown children and 11 grandchildren. In 2024 Laurie retired from pastoral staff after Co-founding Vineyard Northwest in 2001 with her husband in Cincinnati, Ohio.
