A Note From Our Pastors

As most of you know, we are in a planned process of preparing to pass Senior Leadership of the church to younger leaders in October, 2024.

We announced in June that the new leadership would be Wilson Cochrane and Luke Haselmayer who both service as Co-Executive Pastors, and would be serving as Co-Senior Pastors after the transition. We announced last Sunday a change to that plan. In recent months God has spoken to Wilson in many ways about this change of roles, his primary gifting as an evangelist, and his long-term passion to reach those who would never actually visit a church service.

So, Wil has decided not to take the Co-Senior Pastor role. Instead, he will leave staff and begin a new ministry to the lost in Cincinnati with the goal of establishing a network of House Churches. We’ve all processed and prayed about the prophetic words and dreams, coupled with Wilson’s clear gifting and ministry passions, and we support him in this decision. As a result, in October 2024 we will commission and launch Wilson into his new role as a missionary to the lost of Cincinnati. At the same time, we will commission and launch Luke Haselmayer into the role of Senior Pastor of Vineyard Northwest.

You can hear directly from Wilson and Luke by listening to the October 8th service here.

Blessings,
Van Cochrane
Senior and Co-Founding Pastor
